Meet Attorney Arthur H. Baker III
Attorney Arthur H. Baker III has nearly 30 years of experience in representing individuals and families in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, probate and elder law. His varied legal background allows him to categorize other legal issues and problems that may arise in estate planning or administration cases.
Arthur H. Baker III began his legal career in the military as a JAG officer drafting powers of attorney (POA) and wills for soldiers being deployed. He performed his JAG duties on active-duty status for over 4 years, then for another 15 years in the reserves.
After completing his work as a JAG officer, Attorney Baker worked as a solo practitioner for six years in Colorado Springs before moving to large firms in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia doing asbestos litigation, plaintiff personal injury, estate planning and family law. In 2001, he opened his own practice focusing on estate planning, administration, probate and elder law.
Attorney Baker is a member of the National Association of Elder Lawyer Attorneys and the AARP.
